Tried to get room and was unable to make it after being stranded ..attempted to call the booking company as well as 800 number and no one could be reached ..after I returned to cell service/battery charger i tried to call and see if they would let me exchange the day of the room to the very next day . I even tried chatting with the booking company and was told they cant help, only hotel can modify the booking ." Sarah " said they couldnt help and the manager there also said they wouldn't do anything . being in customer service I know theres ALWAYS SOMETHING that can be done, they just chose not to. As simple as " refunding " or applying a credit for the night I needed .
They simply dont care since they got paid for doing and providing nothing , even though I did try to fix.

Makes it clear that there are things other than a clean room to look for and I know now who never to choose when in the area. Very disappointed
