Didn't even want to give one whole star, but it wasn't an option to give a half of a star. Only reason i was even going to give half a star is just because the phone was even answered. Too bad on the other side of the phone was an extremely rude person that acted like it was such a huge inconvenience to ask about looking into a claim # for me, that's it, just look up the number. She hung up the phone on me the first time i called. Only needed to be mistreated a second time to realize this company is clearly not professional, does not hire competent employees and does not care about its' business.
