Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company. During the sales process expect to be reassured everything is "not a problem." Post sales you will find the company does not return phone calls, back-peddles on assurances made during the sales process and staff who do not respect your time. We received email from owner stating a refund would be promptly generated. Unfortunately owner is ignoring emails and requests for that refund to be processed.

Implementation plans or documentation? Missing in action.

There are many POS systems to choose from today. We do not recommend this one.
