Your delivery tracking system is extremely poor. If your driver decides to change time - no way to check n update or anything. Worse whn customer call to check - the best your personal can say is depends on driver whn thy can send. This is totally unacceptable. You should b able to at least inform the date n time for new delivery. Bcoz we need to organise payment etc. Utter nonsense service
