Amazing place, great staff. I had Jena as my instructor, she is very patient and works with each individual's ability and level of comfort. I attended another place on Ventura Blvd prior to Pilate-ology and most of the session was spent listening to the instructor talk about nothing while we were attempting to concentrate and get the most of what was supposed to be a "being in tune with your body moment " not very pleasant. At Pilate-ology the focus is on you. Thank you!
