BMW of Nashville continues to go above and beyond ...

BMW of Nashville continues to go above and beyond when servicing my X5. Kenneth Swezea has been my Service Advisor for over 2 years and has been amazing to work with (and the same goes for the other service advisors I have seen, Brandon and Houston).

Kenneth is always accommodating when I need to schedule an appointment that works with my busy schedule, thoroughly answers all of my questions prior to doing any work on my car to ensure I know exactly what is happening, clearly presents all costs to me in advance so there are no surprises and is always very responsive even outside of normal business hours if I need something.

He has provided me with shuttle service and loaner cars when my car has required extensive service and has even helped me reinstall my car seats. Additionally, Mike has been my mechanic for the 10+ times my car has needed service and has always done a fantastic job fixing my car and ensuring that it is fixed quickly and properly (added bonus, he listens to great music).

Previous experiences at other car dealerships made me weary of dealing with a high-end dealership that works on expensive cars, BMW of Nashville has changed all of this for me and the level of service and honesty at BMW of Nashville is truly remarkable.
