Gold Medal cancelled my first appointment after waiting for 2 hours, but allowed fme to pick a day and time of my choice for the next. Things happen when dealing with repairs so I am satisfied how it was handled.
Martin was the technician that came to my home. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through each step of the decisins I had to make. I would reccomend askeing for him.
