Went to the store 11/07/2020 to look at some items...

Went to the store 11/07/2020 to look at some items that we wanted for our new home. Walked around was greeted by a Sales Person (Christy). After being told that everything that we wanted in the store would be months before we could get it we decided to look at clearance items in the store because we could take it with us that day. We decided on a set of tables that were marked down and was told that the price listed was going to be 35% off that price when it was all done. That wasn't the case, and people make mistakes so I let it go. I waited for what seemed like forever for her to come back where we were, while see was dealing with me a few times she stated talking to other customers at the same time which made my visit even longer (Being in sales you focus on one customer at a time). After all the run around I went to pay and told her that I wanted to put my purchase on my Ashley Credit Card. She was completely confused of what I was talking about, good thing that I was at the counter with another employee that knew how to handle the situation. All in all I give my experience a 3 out of 10 and do understand that she may be new. I hate leaving a negative review for anyone but in this case Management needs to make sure things like this doesn't happen.
