Happy to hear you take Covid seriously however turning someone away from Regional Victoria (not in a HOTSPOT), & requesting a Covid test in QLD without prior warning was bad management & poor public relations. The person in question had a Negative Covid Certificate from same Pathology Clinic used in QLD done 48hrs prior in Victoria. Which was not a pre require but done anyway as extra precaution. Such a shame as he was looking forward to 6 nights @ Bunk Hostel. He had planned this pre Covid. He also flew direct Mel/BNE.
