Apparently, neither I nor my cat are good enough for this place. I've been putting off taking our sweet old boy cat in to get checked because our local vet is so expensive, and I had high hopes for finally getting him some medical care. I sent several emails and answered follow-up questions, was then told that I'd have to call and speak to a manager. Called, tried to speak to a manager, left a message with a receptionist, said I'd get a call back. Never happened. Poor kitty.
