After much convincing from my wife who has been seeing Dr. Sexton and Lisa for just over a year. I reluctantly went due to my digestive issues, heart burn, and overall poor health. After much testing of blood work and other things it was found I had a few allergies that were causing much of my issues.
I am amazed at the interaction and time spent getting to the root causes of my symptoms. The education and the plan built to help my health change. After 12 weeks I have already fixed some of my issues and also lost 18lbs while doing it! Have more work to do yet and Dr. Sexton keeps me on plan and teaching me along the way. I am committed to the changes and feel great doing it!
