Made a appointment Thursday for Tuesday @ 9am. When I called I talked to Buddy, he was very friendly and I told him I wanted them to check my ball joints, he told me to bring it in on Tuesday @ 9am and would get it on a lift and we could look it over together and then he took down my info.

So I bring it up there on Tuesday @ 9am, when I get there I let him know I talked to him on phone on Thursday and told him again what was going on with my jeep. He then tells me that he doesn't have a opening till noon, even tho we had a appointment for 9am....

What is the point of having a appointment if this company isn't even going to go by appointments.

If your going to make appointments with customs I would suggest you honor that.

I was hoping this place was going to be my new machanic shop but no... I need a place that honors appointments that are made. If I can't trust that y'all will honor my appointment we made, I'm not going to trust y'all working on my vehicle.

You have to trust Your machanic shop, and even know Buddy was very friendly this is not professional shop.
