Took a computer in with a possible fan problem. They ignored me, checked for malware instead and insisted I didn't have an anti virus program (which I did). $170 later I had all of my anti malware and anti virus programs removed and their anti virus put on, only for the problem to continue and get worse. I took the computer back where they proceeded to tell me the motherboard and hard drive were bad and I needed to take it to PROFESSIONALS to get it fixed!! When my step father went to pick up the computer he commented on the shitty service and they threatened to call the police on him!
