A few days ago I wrote this comment. "Do not buy. They refuse to give me an invoice on behalf of my company when they never asked me for the billing information during the purchase process. They put name and surname. No one attends and the customer service people do not solve anything for you. disaster." After several contacts through the networks and contacted Falabela Chile they even made me the A bill accordingly. I have raised my rating but should improve a lot to buy again especially the purchase page that is unclear almost misleading. The delivery was in a timely manner. The product is currently OK
