I worked at Signature as an agent from 2008-2011. Terri and Angie were instrumental in my transition to LA where I was able land a job at Creative Artists Agency. After working with clients at both Signature and CAA, I can say with full credence that Signature does a fantastic job at preparing their clients for the top level. The mentality they take with each client is that this is not a "nice side gig" but a long term career. This is the kind of representation actors/models should receive with any agency and this is the standard at Signature.
