During my check-out day , I am very unsatisfied with my experience. My checkout time is 11AM. But when I get back to room around 10AM, I saw the service man was in my room starting to clean. And all my luggage and personal item is gone.

I have not checked out yet and the service man should not enter my room.

I have stayed in many hotels and none of this unpleasant experience has ever happened to me.
