The technician was on time. He was professional and very friendly. I got to give him that. BUT
1) they charged me 69 dollars for him to come out and look at my AC. Took him 5 minutes max and he told me I had to replace my fan motor and my condenser. Total cost? $6199.98 I have a Lenox ac that is 4years old! I almost signed up but I decided to get a second opinion. Local AC guy came to my home inspected the AC and told me it would only take 30 dollars parts plus 50 labor to fix. Turns out my AC contactor was bad. (Capacitor was in prime condition) I thought this was too good to be true so I called another local AC guy who quoted the same 30 dollars part but then 75 labor. What I am saying is John Moore is a crooked company! Always get a second opinion. Both local guys took over an hr inspecting my system before they even quoted the price. Thorough inspection. I know this John Moore guy needs prayers. Honesty in business goes a long way.
