Westkin Associates really needs to train their staff properly.

My daughter and I met with someone named Krish Ravindran. She provided us with information on the documentation needed to apply. However, when we applied, our application was turned down because we did not have the proper documents. We tried to contact Ms. Ravindran to find out what happened and why our application was turned down especially when we provided documents based on what she told us. However, she would not return phone calls.

We tried to escalate our concerns within Westkin, however all inquires went unanswered.

Sorry but I cannot give Westkin anything more than a one star.
