Really not happy about the quality of the stairs, nor the installation. The wood is basic, and the stairs are making a really bad noise when you walk on it. They install it in a hurry, finitions are awful and several parts were damaged at installation!
They even made a hole in a bedroom while installing the stairs and don t even dare to repair it.
