WORST printing experience I have ever had. Constant miscommunication, TERRIBLE service from the front desk, and a POOR quality product.

Final prints had words going off the page, books were warped and poorly cut, glue leaking out, and the back of one of the books were cut. They had the prints wrapped and tried to pass it off, but luckily I checked before leaving the shop. ZERO quality control.

Would never go again or recommend anyone to print there. Anne, who sits at the front desk was rude and standoff-ish from the start, making false promises to resolve any issue and made the experience outside of unbearable printing quality even worse.

Was promised to receive a free print to make up for it only to tell me they wouldn't do it two weeks later when I took them up on their offer.

Poor communication, false promises, bad quality service and products.

Absolutely ridiculous. Print elsewhere.

EDIT:

In response to your "clarifications" I did not receive my free print. All four should have been reprinted in the beginning. I accepted two because I had a deadline so I had to submit inadequate prints in order to meet that deadline. So thank you.

The fact I has to go in person MULTIPLE times for a single order alone is ridiculous. The free print was upon my request and was NOT fulfilled. If there was any reason this could not be done it could have been said in person as opposed to when I actually want to accept my free print.

Also I asked to speak to the manager numerous times only to have Anne go to the back, wait 5 minutes, return and say she's on a call when in fact the manager was on vacation. Please explain. This is the definition of bad customer service if you have to lie to your customers not only about promising something to make up for YOUR error but about the whereabouts of the manager. I have NEVER had such bad customer service and such bad attitude by a front desk personnel ever.

If my books went through standard quality control please explain why words were going off the page? How does that get by quality control?

I see in the comments there were other issues as well so clearly I'm not the only one. Only difference is that I was on a tight schedule.

The fact I got a response from this within the hour and took over a week to try and speak with the manager speaks volumes to the inadequate customer service of this company.

I asked for you to follow through with your promise and visited twice to speak in person only to be turned down.

I am VERY unhappy with the quality and service and I am VERY unhappy with the way it was handled.

Reprinting two copies was doing the BARE minimum. It shouldn't even be a question.
