Unfortunately, the photos online do not best represent the reality of this hotel in person. The only part that accurately resembles any online photos, was the water park. Upon arrival in our room, the room light switch turned on the mini fridge and vanity light.. forcing you to unplug and re-plug the vanity as you used it if you wished to use the fridge. The mini(and I do mean mini) coffee maker had the wrong coffee filter holder for our room.(?)so we did not get to enjoy it. Bar drinks were expensive and their specials were not special, arcade was hot inside from all the running machines and the hotel room itself was in need of some love and remodel. Seemed like they needed more hands and staff to help in front office and in need of security. We encountered a lot of wandering people from the street and worried about our car. We did not dine for breakfast so not sure of what that experience would have been like. The pool, jacuzzi and water park itself redeemed this visit for us. If we return it will be because of the park, all in all too expensive for what you receive upon arrival at this current condition of the hotel itself, not to mention all the hidden fees like parking, guest fees etc. If you visit, I would suggest not only coming for the hotel experience or water park, you definitely want to visit a theme park as your main entertainment here in Orlando.
