Dear Customers of Millennium insurance corporations
I want to tell you about what I have been going through when dealing with this company from which I purchased extended warranty for my car . My car Hyundai Veloster recently started misfiring and I could no figure out what was wrong with it until i got a recall notice about a software problem causing misfires in my engine. i brought my car in for the fix and they did not fix the damage that was caused by there software problem.
I brought my car back to Hyundai to have them fix the damage. My car sat for 2 weeks while Hyundai Canada denied that they caused the damage and Millennium refused to pay out on their warranty. I was not given a claim number, not provided a rental vehicle and both companies dug in their heals and my car sat. I have lost on thousands of dollars in income, I was unable to attend a family emergency and I could not fight this any longer, pulled my car out and is having it repaired privately costing my more thousands of dollars. I would never recommend buying extended warranty from Millennium to anybody. they should have provided me with a rental vehicle and paid out my claim and gone after Hyundai for the money back. I have wasted paying over $3000 for a warranty that has given me protection. Please do not buy a useless Extended warranty from this company as you will be paying for zero security on your car
