My boyfriend and I lost our little kitten Alfred very unexpected on Thursday night. I m new to the area so I had no clue who to go to for cremation. I looked everywhere and found Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services and saw how many great reviews they had so we immediately drove over. We were greeted so kindly by a man even though we were a mess from the incident. His name was Daniel. Daniel gave us time to be alone with Alfred while we said our goodbyes. Then he discussed with us our options. It was quick and easy. Thank you so much Daniel for your kind words and I appreciate everything that you do. The following day we got our little Alfred back with an amazing paw print, beautiful box and a sweet card. The man who dropped him off was also incredibly kind. I ve never met a group of employees who are so thoughtful and sweet. Thank you all so much for what you do, even through this tough time you made it a little bit easier. Alfred is back home with us and we couldn t be more thankful
