I was astonished by the high level of customer service that Hart entertainment provided us with. We used them (for the first time) recently for our Holiday Party. It was a little last minute, and they were able to accommodate us. To ensure our event went smoothly, they came for a quick site visit to ensure all the items we ordered would fit through our tiny loading dock (good thing, because the air hockey table would not have fit!). They had a wide selection of great items for our party, with very competitive pricing (even better price than the previous company we used).

Prior to our event, their coordinator Talia answered our (million) questions in a very timely response. She even sent us photos (that she took) to show us the quality of the photo booth, and what the different backgrounds would look like, and worked with us to make a beautiful background layout.

On the day of our event, everything arrived on time, and was setup without any assistance needed. The delivery person and on site staff was exceptionally polite, and great to be around. Our event went very smoothly, and upon the end we didn't even notice them pack everything up and leave (barely left a footprint!).

All in all, I have never been so impressed with the attention to detail they gave us, friendliness and willingness of ALL their staff to help, and I would highly recommend using them at your next event.
