Nobu is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in New York. Always clean, always fresh and always healthy, I can eat here without any concern. But there is more! I am pregnant and sushi is forbidden due to raw fish. So for months I could not visit Nobu. But last weekend I couldn't wait any more and went to eat vegetable ones. When the staff learned that I am pregnant, they offered me to make my favorite sushies with cooked fish. I accepted :) everything was awesome and I was so happy that they have such flexibility. I recommend this place to everybody!
