There was a group of 5 of us staying in the Days H...

There was a group of 5 of us staying in the Days Hotel which is connected to The Northern Pines Restaurant. Oatmeal was desired so we called the restaurant first to check to see if they offered that. (It was not on the online menu). We were told that they did have oatmeal available.

While still in the room, we selected our menu items (including oatmeal) and then called from the hotel room. We were told it was busy and that a server was required to take our order so we waited .... and waited ... and waited some more.

Finally, we decided to walk to the restaurant to place our order ... and we were told that there was no oatmeal available.

We then adjusted our order and began to wait for it to be ready and between the original wait and the miscommunication, I asked to speak to the manager. I waited more .. and never saw a manager .. so we cancelled our order.
