He answered all of my questions and returned a competitive bid in a timely manor for 13 windows I explained we had a time crunch for moving into our house and they really went out of their way to get us on the schedule ASAP. I think we kinda made it hard on them. Jim did the bid on an empty house and we had moved furniture in by the time they arrived, ahead of schedule.
