i called for an appointment to get service done on...

i called for an appointment to get service done on my ford transit. The appointment was made over a week in advance. I asked for repairs to the broken handle on my side door. I asked for an alignment and camber adjustments on my rims/tires. I also asked for an oil change and wiper replacement.
I brought it in on time per my service appointment roughly at 8 am and dropped it off. Later that day I called and was told the service manager would get back to me. I got off work and stopped in at 4:30 to check progress because nobody called me. They only had time to check my broken door handle. I wasn t very happy because I had made the appointment in advance and had hoped my truck would get the attention it needed. They said they would get the handle and do the alignment and camber adjustments the next day. They next day came and went and I got off work and stopped in at roughly 6:30 pm to pick up my work truck. When I got there the only thing that had been done was the oil change and wiper replacement and the side panel on my door was taken off.
I was fed up and took my truck home broken still. They must ve messed with the air in my tire because the low tire pressure light was on. They never called me back or anything!!!
Long story short is don t take your ford transit work truck here because they don t have enough lifts to work on your truck in a timely manner and don t care apparently.
