We have been very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and support we received from AutoNation Ford of Jacksonville. We returned to Auto Nation after buying a used car a couple of years ago. They made us a very good deal on a new C-Max Hybrid, which we love. Our sales rep, Rini Schepen provided answers to our questions with a no-pressure style. At Auto Nation we never feel that salesmen are breathing down our necks or pushing for a sale. They listen to our needs, answer our questions, and help us to make the best decisions for ourselves. They also deal very fairly. We will definitely return when we have other auto needs.
