I write 3 stars only because I feel that there are only certain classes of value to use. The response time for my posts on their wall often take days and the number of videos that were missing or videos that didn't explain how to answer every part of the question have been noticeable. For the amount I pay a month, especially in these times with COVID, I would think there would be more effort taken from in person lecture reviews/tutoring/handing out packets, to making sure their online delivery is strong. Also some of the tutors try to be more funny than necessary and its honestly distracting and annoying.

The way they completely take away tokens from your account when canceling your subscription is frustrating. And if you forget to cancel your subscription a day before, they won't refund you! The tokens don't roll over either. It just feels like a way for them to get more money from busy students.

I could also add that I've been using study edge for a while now and my expectations are stronger than when I first started using their services. A $50 monthly service is a lot and with COVID happening, I wanted to feel there was some online compensation from the absence of their in person services.
