The Carmel app is very easy to use. We had a prepaid trip from Newark airport to Manhattan. Everything was perfect. Even we arrived earlier than scheduled, the taxi came in 5-7 minutes, after our call. The driver was really helpful and very polite! The car was spacious and clean. Everything was great! This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.
