Arena provided the lawn tent and furniture for a graduation party. The setup and take down was done professionally and at a fair price (5 stars).
The set up did not occur on the contracted date but a day later. When I called (several times) on the contracted date (a Thursday) to confirm the arrangements I could only reach a voicemail. I expressed my concern on the voicemail and asked for a call back, but none ever occurred. I went to bed that night making contingency plans for a party without tent/tables/chairs. Communication and customer service: 1 star
