8am Sat., long wait, no shuttle. But good attentive staff and pretty good coffee. Better than most all dealerships.
THIS REVIEW DESERVES AN UPDATE (short version) : The representative I dealt with (Austin, I believe) came back with bad news. Transmission, estimate over 5500! But he reached out to Nissan and the word was, since I was not too far outside of the mileage warranty, Nissan would cover 80% of the repairs. Two weeks later, transmission again and Nissan replaced it for free. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help me in solving this issue. Heck, I was going to give them 4 stars just for free coffee and being pleasant. Thanks, Austin!
