The Borgo di Orta San Giulio needs no introduction but we would like to write about it anyway especially for the beauty of the upper part of the Borgo and for the shaded pedestrian paths that descend from Monte Sacro to the banks. Crowded historic center, especially after the post-covid-19 lockdown period, but still very enjoyable. All rigorously masked even in the alleys and pitches or bars of all kinds. Highly recommended, this Piedmont!
