About four years ago I was referred to them by the designer.
Even then their service was not something but admit I flowed because overall I liked what I chose.
Some time ago I broke the porcelain lid that covers the drain hole in the sink.
I drove to them. They said there was no salesman to talk to. They took details and said they would come back.
Of course they did not return.
I called a week later, talked to a salesman who after a few checks came back to me and gave me a quote of 800 NIS.
I said it is very expensive for such a thing.
Told me impatiently that they no longer produce and that it was a price given by the supplier.
I asked who the supplier was ... I finally realized I was in Beirut.
I went to Beirut
Not only was the part in stock, it cost me 150 NIS.
