I've never been to a place where i was told before...

I've never been to a place where i was told before I was seated by my waitress that a party that was already there had priority in being taken care of before my family. Wait an hour then the waitress return to tell me now they are working on our food. The menu says wings cooked to your liking but when ordering a larger amount of wings we couldn't decide and they had to all be made the same way. I don't think I'll be returning here with my family. First and last time
