I hired them to make an urgent shipment on a Thursday afternoon, with the SEUR 10 service, which supposedly delivers it before 10 am the next day. Well, after hiring the service on a Thursday through its online page, the package was delivered today, the following Monday. I do not care about the excuses they make from the company, I, as a client, wanted to deliver an urgent package, I did not care how much they were going to charge me and as a result is that the package is delivered the following Monday. Apart from not having anyone to contact from Friday to ask about the shipment. Disappointing.

In my company I do not plan to hire a service from you anymore.
