I called and put in a to go order at 6:30pm and told it would be 20-25 mins. I arrived at 7 pm expecting my food to be ready, bagged so I left my car running. I was greeted by a beautiful waitress and an older woman. I told the woman I had a Togo order. The older woman proceeded with what she was doing and then looked at me as if she had forgotten I was there, turned around and retrieved my food . I ordered a veggie tray with collard greens, cabbage, and mac & cheese. I also ordered a spaghetti plate. The older lady told me to check my order. As I looked at the Mac and cheese container it was not filled all of the way so I told her that I wanted more in there. It seems as if she was not happy about that but did go to the back and put in a little bit more. Upon looking into the spaghetti Trey the lady pointed out that the garlic bread was not in there. She went to the back and obviously there was no garlic bread prepared at all. I then proceeded to wait even longer. When I got home with the food, I took the garlic bread from the aluminum foil and noticed that the garlic/butter sauce had not even melted fully on the bread due to them rushing. The food itself was good but the cabbage was off in taste and consistency and collard greens were sweet like sugar had been put in them. The spaghetti needed more meat sauce. But was good. I waited an additional 15 mins on top of the thirty I had given them to fix my food which was ridiculous. I want to go back they just need to get it together before I do.
