I will not do justice to the quality of service that my family received from Avenir Mortgage Planners. Greg, Brent, and Lisa went well beyond our expectations. Every idea and question we had was taken seriously. Greg would do the numbers to look at the various scenarios we had available to us and he would show us exactly what the best course of action would be. For us the decision was between selling or refinancing. Rather than going on blind hunches, Greg provided hard numbers which made the decision clear and easy. But the help did not stop there. Greg was also able to find a way for us to reduce our overall monthly expense by almost a thousand dollars. Never in our wildest dreams would we have thought a change in mortgage could produce such a result. Later, as the process continued on we found ourselves in the midst of complications that slowed things up. The team at Avenir were more than understanding and patient with us. Brent made it clear that he intended to help us through the entire way, and that we were not making added burdens on him. That kind of care for people is seldom seen anymore. Having worked with three other mortgage services in the past, I can attest to the superior service that Avenir provides. They have made lifetime customers and promoters in us. If anyone reading this is on the fence about whether to go with Avenir, I promise you will not be disappointed. These people actually care.
