We have to leave the car in the workshop and in the policy we have a replacement car and a taxi service to the rental office, it is the Mutual who is responsible for all the arrangements and sends us the taxi at the agreed time. We arrive at the office and it turns out that it is closed, we call customer service and it tells us that since there is only one taxi service per service they cannot do more.
