I would give the 1st visit 5 stars the 2nd visit 1 star. The guy came in and I wasn't aware he was even at our complex till needed to spray. When he came in he barely sprayed my place. I was told after the 2nd trip they wouldn't be able to grow big or full size but they have been. It's quite upsetting to see them still after 4 months. I keep my place clean and wipe everything down. And yet I have still seen full sized bugs and it seems they are still breeding. Your guy who came in April barely sprayed. He didn't spray my kitchen my bathroom my kids room and barely my dining or living room and they have been seen in all the rooms. My last resort is to buy bombs and I can't keep my animals out of the house that long or have a safe place to put my dishes or plants long enough to use them. Please contact me and let me know what I can do to get rid of them since your guy couldn't get the job done completely.
