We did not know of The Foundation Group before Issac contacted us and inquired whether we would be interested in listing an apartment property we owned in Yakima, WA. We were a little skeptical at first, but Issac answered our questions and even brought a potential buyer to our attention. We agreed to work with The Foundation Group as we explored the possibility of an unexpected sale for more than we thought the property was worth at the time.

Issac and his team proved to be honest and professional in their efforts to bring the buyer and and us together through the listing and analysis period. The result was a win-win for all parties, and we were able to move our investment to a property closer to home so we can continue to keep our hands in the day-to-day management of the property. We would recommend The Foundation Group to other investors like ourselves.
