Worst company for customer service. You will never be able to get a hold of anyone. I have called and been on hold indefinitely. I ve emailed twice. I ordered a product 20 days ago and have no idea when it s coming. I ve now been charged twice for the product and am currently trying to get a refund for at least one charge. Worst business ever. I have already made claims with BBB and FTC. Looks like I m not the first.
