Room was clean, toiletries and towels were not sufficient quantity for a room with multiple people. Blankets were super thin. We ordered a rollaway at check in (3pm) went out and came back at 8pm, still no bed, they never put the order in. Took about 30 mins but it did arrive finally. Front Desk was really slow, line went all the way into the Casino. Both door keys quit working and the line was too long to get another one so we had to be strategic with people to get into the room. Valet was nice touch and bell hops were on their game. Lobby and Casino stunk like smoke, but I guess that's typical.
