Went in today to see about test driving an A4. Was told by a woman up front that all the agents were busy, but would be finishing up shortly, and that she would call my phone when they were ready. I sat waiting for an hour and a half, watching other customers be helped by agents while I sat waiting. Eventually I left, and I never received a call or anything of the sort.

Very very disappointed at the lack of professionalism at this dealership. I'm hoping that when I visit the Audi Dallas dealership, I won't be dismissed and lied to as I was here.
