Scheduled an appointment and tried to call to see if it was ok running late. The receptionist proceeded to ignore 4 calls then tells me when I drive in person that they do not take animals past 8:30am. Wasted my time and was incredibly unprofessional, don t recommend using them if this is how they treat their customers.
