The office staff was very helpful and got install set up in a reasonable amount of time. Install was done well as far as I can tell. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because Communication was poor. I was told they would call us once the appliance was delivered to set up install, but I did not receive that call. additionally, we needed to install in the oven in a property that was vacant and was on the the market. I was told that we had a 2 hour window of the install possibly starting but they would call us 30 min before the install. Neither my husband nor I received a call. At the end of the window time I called the office. I was told that the team was at the property installing the appliance, which they were not. I pushed for them to call the install team to which they then said the team called us but must have had a wrong number? But they had 2 numbers, surely one of them was correct? In their defense they called the team back and they were at the property about 45min-1hr after I called. But had I not called we would have had to reschedule our install and this was a very time sensitive need as we were trying to sell our house.
