Horrible hospital. No communication between staff...

Horrible hospital. No communication between staff members. This situation was best exemplified when my husband used the call button to call for assistance, got voice mail, then the line hung up! Go to Memorial!

Called the number on the reply to give specific feedback regarding all of the bad experiences we had during our visit. Rather than a person, I got voice mail and was told to leave a message. Obviously Penrose does not care about customer's experiences!
