Emergency arrival for a heart problem Friday, still there 6 days later, we regret very few explanations and a staff very little understandable on our constraints of removal which require us to make 1h1 / 2 of road aisle and 1h1 / 2 return road for half an hour or an hour of visit. Visits authorized from 14h to 20h but some work until 18h! No compassion. Let the staff be confronted with these problems personally to understand that their moralistic and learned tone is wrong. The comfort of the patient (the family is available to accompany the toilet, look for a book, offer a fruit juice) is improved by a careful presence. The comfort of families and patients must be taken into account .... the patient's morale is not to be neglected. Who can change this situation?
