I have done the internships at UPAD and the Practical Methodology Course in Sports Psychology and Coaching.
The experience has been very good, the tutors provide extensive training and are always open to answer questions, both in practice and in the course.
The course has been interesting, positive, and instructive. Furthermore, the knowledge and strategies can be applied to other different fields of Sports Psychology, highly recommended!
